If you are unhappy with your safety glasses, you can contact us at any time. We will issue a refund, replacement, repair, rework, or exchange for your safety glasses within 14 days of receiving them. Please follow the steps below:

•      Login to your account and click the option of ORDERS and Return.
•      Fill out the required form. Then you will get an authorized email about a return.
•      Mail back our glasses with a pre-paid shipping tag.  
•      After receiving your return frame, you will be issued a replacement or refund order.

We make sure that we manufacture your lenses according to your provided specifications, so please ensure you have the correct prescription before ordering.
