If you are unhappy with your safety glasses, you can contact us at any time. We offer store credit, replacement, repair, rework, or exchange for your safety glasses within 41 days of receiving them.

Please follow the steps below:

• Login to your account and click the option of ORDERS and Return.
• Fill out the required form. Then you will get an authorized email about a return.
• Mail back our glasses with a pre-paid shipping tag.  
• After receiving your return frame, you will be issued a replacement or refund order.

We make sure that we manufacture your lenses according to your provided specifications, so please ensure you have the correct prescription before ordering.
