Manufacturing time depends on the choice of your lenses. Standard production time is approximately 8 days, but lens coating takes additional time in production. Unfortunately, we cannot start until we receive a complete prescription with the exact measurement of pupillary distance. If your order is missing any information, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order contains lens coating (anti-fog, anti-reflect, scratch) or has a different tint like a photochromic option, we’ll spend 2-3 business manufacturing your lenses. Generally, the usual production time includes 10-11 days. Before the shipping of your order, you will get the tracking number and shipping information.
Usually, dress frames are available in the warehouse and can be shipped within 24 hours. Non-prescription safety frames without lenses will be dispatched within 2-4 days. Non-mesh side shields are typically shipped on the same day.

Yes. For the frame selection, visit the “Frame Only” section. In the “Add Lens” category, you can buy non-prescription lenses. You can also use any of our frames for sunglasses.
A prescription note is necessary to purchase prescription eyeglasses.
On the frame page, view the size of each glasses. If you already have eyeglasses, you can use the existing measurement of those. The size format of the frame will look like this: XX-XX-XXX. After providing us with your accurate measurement image, we will digitally calculate your size and confirm our size selection for your selected frame.
The pupillary distance or PD is the distance between the center of your pupils. It is recorded in millimeters. Click here to find your PD.

Generally, prescriptions for glasses are provided by an Ophthalmologist or Optometrist because they are included in the annual eye examination. According to law, your doctor will give you a copy of the prescription. A prescription is usually valid for 1 or 2 years. If you require any help to get a copy of the prescription, choose the Call My Doctor option on the Add Prescription page. After receiving your request, we will contact an eye care professional for you.
