TIP: Never make big, drastic adjustments to your glasses at once. Always make small adjustments then check the glasses for fit and continue making small, minor adjustments until you get the best fit.
COMMON PROBLEMS:
If your glasses are TOO HIGH, gently push out on the plastic nose pad. Do this on both sides until they sit at the desired height.
If glasses are TOO LOW, hold a hair dryer about 4” frome the bridge of the frame for about 30 seconds. Then bend the right and left side toward the nose.

Gently bend down the RIGHT side of the temple at the end and at the section before the temple curve.
Gently bend down the LEFT side of the temple at the end and at the section before the temple curve.

Gently bend the LEFT temple in (near the hinge area) and the RIGHT temple out (near the hinge area)
Gently bend the RIGHT temple in (near the hinge area) and the LEFT temple out (near the hinge area)
