Product Description

The Pentax ZT500G Prescription Safety Glasses are designed to provide dependable protection, comfort, and performance in demanding work environments. Featuring a durable non-conductive plastic frame with a wrap-around design, the ZT500G offers enhanced coverage and side protection while maintaining a lightweight and comfortable fit. Available in Blue and Red, these safety glasses are suitable for both men and women and are ideal for a wide range of industrial and occupational applications.

A key feature of the ZT500G is its removable Skirt Seal foam gasket, which helps create an additional barrier against dust, debris, and airborne particles. This added protection makes the frame an excellent choice for workers in environments where exposure to contaminants is a concern. The glasses also include an adjustable head strap attached at the middle temple, providing a secure and stable fit during active work conditions and extended wear.

Built with safety in mind, the Pentax ZT500G meets ANSI Z87.1 industry standards for impact protection, ensuring reliable performance in hazardous workplaces. In addition, the frame has successfully passed the requirements of a modified ASTM D149-09 dielectric strength test, demonstrating that it did not conduct electricity up to 1,000 volts for 60 seconds. This makes the ZT500G a suitable option for professionals working around potential electrical hazards.

Prescription lenses are available, allowing wearers to enjoy clear vision without compromising safety. Combining certified protection, enhanced comfort, and versatile workplace features, the Pentax ZT500G Prescription Safety Glasses are a dependable choice for professionals who require durable, high-performance eye protection every day.

FRAME MEASUREMENTS

To ensure your frames fit perfectly, you first have to determine which size frames are best for you. The best place to start is with the measurements on a pair you already own. You know those little numbers on the inside of its temple? That's what you're looking for. The frame measurements appear in the following order: lens width, bridge width, and temple length.

Frame Width

Frame Width

To find frame width, measure the front of the frame from screw to screw

Temple Length

Temple Length

Temple length is the measurement in millimeters of the ‘arms' of the frame. This measurement does not vary as much as the others, with 135mm, 140mm, 145mm, and 150mm being the most common options.

Lens Height and Width

Lens Height and Width

Lens height is the distance from the top of a lens to the bottom. Lens Width is the distance from the left side of a lens to the right side.
