The Wiley X Airrage Seal (Thick Version) is built for users who work—or ride—in environments where standard protection simply isn’t enough. This upgraded, thicker foam gasket creates a stronger seal around the eyes, helping block dust, wind, fine particles, and other irritants that can slip through regular eyewear.
Made from high-density, skin-friendly foam, the thick seal molds gently to the contours of your face, offering both comfort and maximum coverage. Its enhanced thickness delivers superior isolation, making it ideal for workers in heavy-particle areas, motorcyclists facing strong winds, and anyone who needs full-seal protection in harsh outdoor conditions.
Despite its increased density, the seal remains lightweight and breathable, allowing long hours of wear without irritation. It attaches securely to Wiley X Airrage frames and stays in place even during active movement—but can be removed quickly whenever you prefer an open-frame feel.
If you need the highest level of protective sealing for your Wiley X Airrage eyewear, the Thick Version Airrage Seal is the perfect upgrade, offering dependable shielding and day-long comfort in demanding environments.

FRAME MEASUREMENTS
To ensure your frames fit perfectly, you first have to determine which size frames are best for you. The best place to start is with the measurements on a pair you already own. You know those little numbers on the inside of its temple? That's what you're looking for. The frame measurements appear in the following order: lens width, bridge width, and temple length.
Frame Width

To find frame width, measure the front of the frame from screw to screw
Temple Length

Temple length is the measurement in millimeters of the ‘arms' of the frame. This measurement does not vary as much as the others, with 135mm, 140mm, 145mm, and 150mm being the most common options.
Lens Height and Width

Lens height is the distance from the top of a lens to the bottom. Lens Width is the distance from the left side of a lens to the right side.
